We design and produce a wide range of machines and packaging lines for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, designed to meet any type of request, from standard to extraordinary.
We are looking for an After Sales Manager to join our German branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all after-sales services, including technical assistance, the sale and promotion of spare parts, modifications, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance plans for the packaging machinery produced by our company. The professional figure sought will also be responsible for local support and possible coordination of installation / SAT activities for new machines or packaging lines. The After Sales Manager will be the main point of reference for all after-sales services in the branch and customer-facing. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a deep technical knowledge of packaging machinery. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively manage customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction through timely and competent support.
Main Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate the technical assistance and sales teams.
- Develop and implement customer relationships that translate into sales opportunities for the proposed services.
- Collaborate with internal departments of the parent company and group factories to resolve issues and develop and manage offers and services.
- Structure the local organization and implement flows and procedures according to the guidelines of the Marchesini After Sales Management.
- Continuously monitor and improve the quality of after-sales service in accordance with the guidelines indicated by the Marchesini After Sales Management.
- Analyze sales and assistance data to identify improvement opportunities
- Degree in Engineering or a technical diploma.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial machinery sector.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
