Join our team as a and be at the forefront of international shipping excellence. Your role will be vital in ensuring seamless, compliant, and time-sensitive export shipments that impact businesses worldwide.

A day in the Life :

• Client Interfacing : Engage with clients and overseas corporate partners through both phone and email to address compliance-related issues, confirm terms of sale and carriage, and resolve problems efficiently.
• Compliance Assurance : Check against known shippers and denied parties lists, obtaining all necessary documentation to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Documentation : Create consignment documentation, including Master AWBs, House AWBs, manifests, labels, pickup alerts, bill of ladings, certificates of origin, dispatch letters, and flight details.
• Support labelling of cartons and pallets, check if loading list is accurate and work closely with the goods out team at Fisher Clinical Rheinfelden.
• Support the Patheon Logistics driver with loading the goods
