We are looking for YOU as Production Supervisor (m / w / d) for the night shift for our location in Friedrichsdorf .

These challenges await you :

You manage team induction competence development and autonomy through training and follow-up actions in night shift

You ensure adherence to safety work instructions and quality standards escalating issues as per protocols

You lead meetings annual reviews succession planning and promote continuous improvement

You foster a positive work environment and recognize team achievements

You enforce health safety and environmental rules and oversee equipment maintenance

You lead daily problem-solving ergonomic risk elimination and action plans to enhance SQCDM metrics

You contribute to project industrialization ensuring smooth startups and layout optimizations

You inspire us with that :

You have a masters degree in engineering (Electrical Mechatronics Production Industrial Mechanical)

You are willing to work night shifts only

You have very good knowledge of MS Office

You have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (5S TPM Standard Work 8D etc.)

You have very good analytical skills as well as the ability to solve problems

You have very good communication skills

You speak German and English fluently
