Business Analyst Private Bank

An exciting and meaningful role within the important and growing Wealth Management segment of Deutsche Bank Luxembourg. You will have the chance to develop as Business Analyst and enrich your existing professional experience. You will be part of a dynamic and highly motivated international team working within a diverse environment in one of the most attractive segments with growth opportunities.

Your main responsibility will be to drive key recurring tasks of the International Platform with a strong focus on Management Information (MI) reporting. Additionally, you will coordinate employee onboarding and training, as well as the client communication process. You will apply you deep knowledge related to monthly creation of MI reporting to support the implementation of central business projects. Regarding your daily operations you will be in touch with Wealth Management colleagues from multiple teams and jurisdictions. Our offshore team from Deutsche Bank India will be supporting you on various themes like maintaining and enriching our form data base or monitoring and tracking our costs.

Key responsibilities :

Create consolidated database for various Management Information reporting on a periodic base and perform tracking tasks incl. business data management and analysis

Own process of employee management within Wealth Management, optimize existing new joiner and training platform on a consistent base

Coordinate external and internal communication tasks

Support business initiatives of Private Bank International Platform

Collaborate with offshore team from Deutsche Bank India

Drive continuous process improvement initiatives
