Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operation and support (2nd & 3rd level) of workplace IT services and Unified Communication & Collaboration platforms.
  • Ensure service availability and optimization.
  • Lead a cross-site team with a focus on collaboration and motivation (technical leadership without disciplinary authority).
  • Design and implement operating concepts for workplace and collaboration tools.
  • Develop efficient processes for knowledge sharing and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and continuously improve operational processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Practical expertise in the areas of Workplace and UCC, ideally familiar with Windows 10, Blackberry UEM, Skype for Business, VMware Horizon, SharePoint, Exchange and / or Lotus Notes.
  • Strong expertise in workplace IT systems and collaboration tools.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Methodical and goal-oriented approach to IT service development and operations.
  • Fluent in English and German.
