Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation and support (2nd & 3rd level) of workplace IT services and Unified Communication & Collaboration platforms.
- Ensure service availability and optimization.
- Lead a cross-site team with a focus on collaboration and motivation (technical leadership without disciplinary authority).
- Design and implement operating concepts for workplace and collaboration tools.
- Develop efficient processes for knowledge sharing and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and continuously improve operational processes.
