Medical Science Liaison – Uro-Oncology (m/f/d)
GULP – experts unitedStuttgartWe are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Science Liaison Manager (m/f/d) in the field of uro-oncology for our client in the pharmaceutical industry .
In this position, you will make a significant contribution to the implementation of medical strategies, promote scientific exchange with leading experts, and support the development of innovative, patient-centered solutions.
The area of responsibility includes Baden-Württemberg and Augsburg . The position is initially to be filled for 18 months as part of a temporary staffing arrangement – with the option of extension or permanent employment.

Your tasks
-
Scientific stakeholder management: Building and maintaining a robust KOL network and professional exchange on equal terms (proactive/reactive) in the field of uro-oncology (focus: bladder cancer)

Medical Education & Congresses: Planning and implementation of regional training courses and scientific lectures, as well as representation at national and international congresses and advisory boards.

Strategy & Implementation: Support in the development of medical strategies and assistance with the market launch of an innovative medical device (including training and presence in the treatment room)

Study support: Preparation of investigator meetings as well as processing and presentation of current clinical data and study results

Cross-functional collaboration: Close coordination with medical leads, marketing and sales, as well as continuous analysis of scientific literature and the competition.
Your profile

Qualifications: Completed studies in natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine; a doctorate is an advantage.

Professional qualifications: Relevant experience as an MSL or in a comparable medical function in (uro-)oncology or in the field of bladder cancer

Expertise: Sound knowledge in clinical trial planning, congress management, and the development of KOL networks; experience with medical devices is a plus.

Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills at a scientific level, as well as a confident demeanor in a clinical setting.

Working style: High degree of independence, project management skills and a strong willingness to travel within the region (Baden-Württemberg/Augsburg)

Languages: Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
