Business Manager Supply Chain (m / f / d)

Area of responsibilities :

  • Support the VP Supply Chain in the definition and implementation of the global supply chain strategies as well as for strategic initiatives or group projects contributing to the overall organizational strategy and explore creative ways to optimize the process
  • Support the VP Supply Chain to follow up and secure project status, action items and achievement of milestones
  • Support of the procurement team in pricing and KPIs analyses
  • Support all the direct reports of VP Supply Chain in KPIs reporting processes
  • Act as an interface between the Supply Chain teams in the headquarter, internal divisions and Cybex
  • Identify and develop own projects to drive the further digitalization of the Supply Chain
  • Review and prepare the decision papers, working documents and reports
  • Participate in the further development and automatization of the business processes
  • Handle multiple activities and communication with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy and confidentially
  • Provide administrative and secretarial supports for the VP Supply Chain

Profile of qualification :

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a comparable field
  • Initial professional experience in the supply chain or procurement and a high affinity for digital technology
  • Advanced experience with SAP S / 4HANA and the common MS Officee applications
  • Ideally familiarity with workflow process automation, data science and BI reporting
  • Hands-on experience in performing quantitative analysis on large data sets
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously in a result- and performance
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team
  • Fluency in German and English
