Municipal digitization officer (m / f / d)

Your tasks include :

• Establishment and support of a document management system and implementation of digital administrative procedures and electronic process processing (workflows) within the system
• Planning and conducting coordination meetings with the specialist departments to record and digitize processes as part of the implementation of the Online Access Act (OZG)
• Independent coordination and management of measures to digitize administrative services
• Creating models and notations for business and administrative processes as well as guidelines and instructions
• Communication and exchange with IT, external service providers and partners
• Coordinating the implementation of an information security management system
• Coordination of the integration of digitized processes on the municipal administration's homepage
