Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements

Availability

Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 20-25 hours per week.

Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.

In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

• innenerlebnis auf der Verkaufsfläche sowie das Erreichen der täglichen Umsatzziele mit dem Team sicherstellen.

Deine Aufgaben

Vermittlung von Produktwissen und Markenbekanntheit

Verständnis und Analyse von Kennzahlen und dem Umsatz

eine proaktive Denkweise und Auge fürs Detail

Kassentätigkeiten

Diebstahlvorbeugung

Verantwortung für die Präsentation der Ware und der Verkaufsfläche

Gewährleistung der Systemabläufe

Deine Arbeitszeiten

Der Arbeitsplan wird sich wöchentlich ändern, die Stundenanzahl liegt bei mindestens 20-25 Stunden pro Woche

Eine Verfügbarkeit an Samstagen und Sonntagen, sowie während bestimmter Feiertage wird vorausgesetzt

Zusätzlich können die Stunden bei Bedarf erhöht werden, um die Anforderungen des Unternehmens zu erfüllen

Qualifications

What it Takes

Education- High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred

Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.

Supervisor / Managerial Experience- No supervisory / management experience is required.
