We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support within our Project Management team. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organisation, and excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth. You are expected to work within the internal TS team and must be based in Germany.

Location : Germany (Remote)

Essential Skills and Requirements :

• Ability to communication in English and German, with fluency in German.
• PhD. / M.S in molecular biology, genetics and related majors. Experience in high-throughput sequencing is preferred .
• Outstanding listening, verbal and written English communication skills.
• Be proactive. Have pioneering spirit. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Good at communication and teamwork.
