We are looking for you as VP Sales SME (m / f / d) for our headquarters in Munich .
As VP Sales SME (m / f / d) you will be instrumental in shaping the future of yoummday in the SME segment and play a key role in our strategic realignment. You will have the unique opportunity to build a new business unit with global reach, working directly with our CEO and founder, Dr. Klaus Harisch.
You will develop and implement the growth strategy for the SME segment in Germany, UK & USA . The aim of the position is to lead B2B sales in the global SME market, develop business units and sustainably increase sales through strategic scaling, process optimization and successful new customer acquisition.
- Shape & scale : You are responsible for the profitability and expansion of the SME portfolio - with full P&L ownership and the freedom to define new strategies.
- Grow with us : Develop a scalable growth strategy, build strong partnerships and drive international market penetration.
- Innovate & develop : Work closely with the product teams to customize our SaaS solutions to our customers' needs and open up new market potential.
