Sales Assistant
Our international client is currently looking for SALES ASSITANT for the office in DÜSSELDORF GERMANY!
Duties and responsibilities
- Correspondence in German and English
- Advising prospects and customers on products, services and sales terms (distributors, End Users) in liaison with internal services (customer service, logistics, Marketing, Finance )
- Providing administrative support to the Sales Managers (secretarial work, agenda & expenses management ).
- Trade Show participation
- Administration of our Social Media activities
- Preparatory accounting and managing incoming invoices
- Handling of guarantee claims and other end consumer matters
- General commercial and organizational duties
- Managing office administration, including the carpool, insurance, office management, furniture
Profile
- At least 4-5 years of prior experiences in an administrative position and office management
- An appetence for administrative tasks and versatile position
- Team player
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Autonomous
- German fluent (ideally mother tong) and excellent knowledge of English
