Project Manager Software (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS :
- Manage new development projects inside Global Engineering focused on Software activities across the different Nordex portfolio platforms, assuring budget, quality and timeline of the project.
- Main interface between Global Service and Global Engineering for the new reliability program.
- Processing the project scope with interdisciplinary project teams (mainly but not limited to Engineering and Service).
- Evaluation of project ideas and support up to approval.
- Align schedule and scope of own projects across the product platform with other project managers.
- Report to the program director of Turbine Serial Development as well as escalation to relevant committees.
- Coordination of the necessary resources with line and project managers.
- Coordination of technical aspects and risk management with chief engineers and divisional management.
- Organization of prototype tests and ramp-up activities in the operation areas.
YOUR PROFILE :
- Master's in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or similar.
- Complementary Training : Project Management experience required (PM certification preferred).
- Several years of experience in wind turbine industry, preferably on electrical and control functions.
- Very good MS office skills (including MS Project Server). Experience in an ERP and PLM system advantageous.
- Profile : Team worker, customer & solution oriented, clear and structured communication and reporting skills.
- High quality awareness and assertiveness. Intercultural experience necessary.
- Languages / Level : Fluent in English. Beneficial skills in Spanish and German.
- Experience : Relevant experience in an Engineering or project management position in wind industry.
