Responsibilities :

• Operations Management : Oversee all daily operations, from scheduling to order management, ensuring smooth running of the restaurant.
• Customer Service : Guarantee top-notch service, handling complaints with care to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Personnel Management : Organize team schedules efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Financial Management : Skillfully manage budgets provided by management to ensure financial stability.
• Marketing : Drive restaurant promotion and advertising initiatives to attract and retain customers.
• Strategic Planning : Develop and implement long-term plans to build customer loyalty and keep menus fresh.

Skills Required :
