Remuneration : Up to €140,000 +bonus + car allowance

We are partnered with a dynamic, innovative consulting firm expanding rapidly across the DACH region. As part of their ambitious growth plans, they are building a dedicated Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) practice.

We are supporting the Managing Partner in recruiting a Senior IGA Architect / Lead Consultant to lead client engagements across Germany.

Role Overview :

As a Senior IGA Architect / Lead Consultant, you’ll bring your technical expertise to design, implement, and architect ForgeRock-based IGA solutions for clients in highly regulated industries.

This role is ideal for a candidate with a deep understanding of IGA tools, particularly ForgeRock, who is eager to take on challenging projects and lead end-to-end solution delivery.

While ForgeRock experience is preferred, our client welcomes candidates with experience across various IGA platforms. Fluency in German is highly desired but flexible for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, architecture, and full implementation of IGA solutions, with a strong focus on ForgeRock.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their identity governance needs, providing technical leadership and guidance throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure robust, secure, and scalable IGA solutions that meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic insight and support in the development of the IGA practice, contributing to best practices and process improvements.
• Act as a board-level advisor to clients, representing the consulting firm’s technical excellence and commitment to high quality delivery.

Requirements :

• Technical Expertise : Proven experience with ForgeRock or similar IGA platforms, with a background in architecting, designing, and implementing complex IGA solutions.
• Identity and Access Management Knowledge : Strong understanding of IGA principles, tools, and frameworks.
• Communication Skills : Fluent in German is preferred, but candidates with strong English proficiency will also be considered.
• Client Engagement Experience : Ability to interact professionally with clients, including at the C-level, demonstrating strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability : Eager to contribute to a fast-growing consulting firm with a hands-on approach.

Compensation and Benefits :

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of up to €140,000 , along with a performance-based bonus, comprehensive benefits package, and a full car allowance.

Additionally, the role includes a dedicated training budget to support ongoing professional development.
