Currently, we are piloting our new divisional billing platform and are now seeking support to strengthen our team as we implement this solution in additional eCommerce markets.

Process Owner Billing & Invoicing (m / f / d)

Your Responsibilities

• You will lead and implement the global rollout of a new billing platform based on SAP BRIM technology for DHL eCommerce, including project planning for individual countries / regions, considering local specifics.
• For successful implementation, you will work closely with internal departments, external consulting service providers, and local managers, offering professional advice.
• You will be responsible for the continuous development of the platform, such as improving user-friendliness and effectiveness, and considering changing market and business requirements, such as strategic yield management.
• You will also manage support processes and training.
• You will prepare and conduct regular management updates and presentations, continuously communicating progress and changes to management and platform users.

Your Profile

• You have a university degree with a focus on finance, IT, or a comparable qualification.
• You also bring several years of professional experience in finance or consulting with a focus on subscription and consumption billing technologies, preferably in a logistics environment.
• Solid experience in the SAP BRIM environment is required, ideally proven by relevant certifications, and preferably complemented by knowledge in agile software development.
• You have experience leading global and cross-functional projects, especially in finance and billing systems, ideally in a matrix organization.
• You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as an organized and structured working style.
• Excellent stakeholder management distinguishes you, as well as a confident demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Very good English skills and a willingness to travel internationally (
