StellenbeschreibungExperience in design processes. Having worked from the earliest stages to implementation is a plus. Proficiency in design tools : Balsamiq, Figma Experience in designing and facilitating sessions, with both users and various stakeholders. Knowledge of Ant Design is a plus. Ability to work with clients to understand requirements and design complete user experiences that meet their needs. Empathetic, highly resourceful, and with excellent communication skills. Passion for pragmatic design of business applications Iterating prototypes rapidly and continuously. Monitoring of implementation. Employment of heuristic evaluation techniques for interfaces from the usability and user experience standpoint. Work together with the development team to ensure the design is understandable and feasible in a cost-effective way. Understand the business to implement and work with other members of the team, ensuring the information is sufficient and coherent to implement the proposed design properly from a visual and functional perspective. Your tasks
- Design of user interfaces for private web-oriented products.
- Creation of deliverables such as wireframes, sitemaps, task flows, etc.
- Definition, conceptualization, and prototyping of experiences that align user needs with technological possibilities and business objectives.
- Focus on business value in the produced design, understanding business-to-business applications.
