We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Inhouse Consultant to join our client’s team. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work with a world-renowned brand and drive the digital transformation of HR processes through SAP SuccessFactors.
Position Overview : As an SAP SuccessFactors Inhouse Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and supporting the SuccessFactors modules that best support the company’s HR strategy.
You’ll work closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure seamless integration and configuration of SuccessFactors, with a focus on optimizing HR processes across recruitment, employee central, learning, and performance management.
Tasks Implementation and Optimization : Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors modules, configuring the system to align with the organization’s HR requirements, and driving improvements across recruitment, onboarding, performance, and employee data management.
Business Collaboration : Engage with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that SuccessFactors solutions meet business needs, optimizing workforce management and employee experience.
System Configuration : Configure SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Learning) according to HR policies, ensuring alignment with global best practices.
Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance HR processes using SuccessFactors, aligning system functionalities with company objectives and industry best practices.
Training and Support : Provide training to HR teams and end-users, ensuring effective utilization of SuccessFactors modules, and maintain thorough documentation to support HR operations.
Data Integration : Work with IT teams to ensure the integration of SuccessFactors with other SAP and non-SAP systems, supporting seamless data flow and process automation.
System Maintenance and Troubleshooting : Provide ongoing support for SuccessFactors, including troubleshooting, performance optimization, and ensuring minimal system disruptions.
HR Technology Insights : Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors advancements, HR technology trends, and best practices to continuously enhance the company’s HR capabilities.
Profile Educational Background : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience : Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, ideally within a retail or global enterprise environment, with expertise in Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.
Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, including configuration and integration capabilities, with experience in Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, and Learning.
HR Process Knowledge : Strong understanding of core HR processes such as talent management, employee data management, recruitment, and performance management.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating HR requirements into effective SuccessFactors solutions and addressing complex issues.
Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR teams, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.
Project Management : Experience leading HR technology projects, with an understanding of project planning, change management, and cross-functional coordination.
Language Proficiency : Minimum German language skills at level B2 and fluent English. Residency Requirement : Apply only if currently living and working in Germany.
