Position Overview : We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our client’s expanding team.

This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home, with optional access to their office in Germany and other European locations.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth across Germany, building strong customer relationships, and promoting cutting-edge automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in Germany.
  • Identify, engage, and cultivate new customer relationships, effectively promoting the company's innovative products and customised business solutions.
  • Create and implement business development strategies for key clients, conducting regular visits and organising comprehensive product and technical training sessions to ensure alignment with customer goals.
  • Proactively manage and resolve any challenges during business collaborations, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Leverage sales tools and data analytics to assess business practices, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies to address emerging challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, Automation, Marketing / equivalent working experience in any of these fields.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in the automation industry, with a strong background in technical sales, solution sales, or integration project sales.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to integrity, responsibility, and teamwork.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with native-level proficiency in German and fluency in English.
