Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for after-sale service of inverter market customers
2. Provide after-sales technical service support for sales team
3. Make and sort out product technical questions and answers
4. Communicate with R&D team on those market problems
Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering is preferred
2. At least 3 years relevant working experience, Solar / Renewable industry is preferred
3. Serious attitude, sense of responsibility, strong pressure resistance
4. Have strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, and have good customer service awareness
5. Fluently in German and English
