Your Responsibilities | CoSec – Law – Legal – Corporate – Jurist
- You will be responsible for a portfolio composed of SPVs from constitution to dissolution , including :
- Organizing board meetings and drafting board minutes.
- Reviewing and drafting documents such as resolutions, agreements, and contracts.
- Liaising with third parties such as lawyers, banks, and notaries.
