Permanent - SAP Program Manager (Remote - Europe)

Next Ventures is searching for an experienced SAP Program Manager for a client in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be leading a greenfield SAP S / 4HANA implementation and a suite of integrated corporate applications, positioning you at the heart of an ambitious digital transformation. In this remote role, you will play a pivotal role in a multi-year journey, helping to shape and grow an SAP-focused team around you as the company embarks on an end-to-end business transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Spearhead a major, multi-year ERP S / 4HANA transformation program, defining project priorities, timelines, and resource allocation across departments.
  • Lead the program management activities within a highly collaborative Program Management Office, reporting to senior leadership on status, escalations, and key decision points.
  • Establish program governance structures, oversee risk management, and ensure timely and effective communication across stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with project managers to monitor, coordinate, and drive multiple interdependent projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Engage directly with cross-functional leaders to streamline processes, report financial and performance metrics, and make tactical adjustments as needed.

Requirements :

  • SAP Expertise : Extensive Knowledge within at least three of the following modules EWM, PP, PM, QM
  • Language : Must be fluent in English and German
  • Experience : 10+ years in SAP implementation, with a strong background in S / 4HANA and complex project management in international environments. Previous experience in pharmaceutical or GxP-validated settings is preferred.
  • Skills : PMP certification (preferred), exceptional organizational and technical expertise, excellent stakeholder communication, and leadership ability.
  • Additional Expertise : Digital transformation, change management, data analysis, and familiarity with Google Suite tools are advantageous.
