Sales Director
D33P Search are looking for an experienced Sales Director based in Germany to work with an exciting business who design and develop industrial machinery, they develop machinery used in the design of electronic and mechanical components.
The ideal candidate will have experience working across multiple manufacturing sectors such as Automotive, medical, electronics, and more.
This position will offer the potential to work with distributors and directly with large manufacturers.
Your skills :
- 10+ years experience in the sale of Machinery / Capital equipment
- 5+ years experience managing and leading a sales team
- Experienced with GTM strategy for similar products
- Cross communications with Product, marketing, field service teams
- Happy with regular travel (EMEA)
- Understand challenges and market trends currently faced within manufacturing
- Previous experience with long sales process is beneficial
- Experience with aftersales (Maintenance contracts, servicing etc)
This position will be working remotely with regular travel to customer sites.

140-160K Fix + 20% variable
