HR Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join a fantastic start-up organisation based in Germany. This start-up are looking to secure their Series A and B funding this year so having start-up experience is essential.
As the HR Manager you will be expected to have fantastic operations capabilities while also having brilliant people management experience.
The successful candidate will have a great personality who can add vital experience and knowledge to the wider business and CEO as well as being a clear and concise communicator as they continue their very exciting journey.
The HR Manager will have a vast amount of experience working within German employment laws as well as being able to carry out payroll responsibilities.
It is vital you have experience of Personio and DATEV prior to joining. You will be able to work within a remote environment however being from and working within Germany is essential.
Skills required for the Senior Finance Manager are :
- Previous experience of Start-ups
- Personio and DATEV knowledge
- Good communication skills, written and verbal to interact with key stakeholders.
HR Manager / HR Generalist / Head of HR
Location : Remote, Germany
Salary : €70,000 - €80,000 + Equity
