Right now, we are looking for a Junior Accountant (m / f / d) to join our team at KNIME in either Konstanz or Zurich.*

Who you are

Ideally, you have a degree or apprenticeship specialising in Finance / Accounting, and have already gained some professional experience.

You’re comfortable working with tools like Excel and Word, and have good analytical skills.

You’re always eager to learn and grow, and you communicate well in both German and English. You work accurately, reliably and with high-quality.

You're also a team player, and have a hands-on mentality.

That's the job

You as a Junior Accountant will support our month-end as well as year-end closing process. You will manage our credit card process and improve it.

And you will be managing our expense claim process, supported by our expense tool Rydoo. You will also support the monthly and annual financial statements.

Other topics will be added later, such as posting accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices and fixed assets. You will also send out accounts receivable invoices including dunning processes.

Finally, you will be responsible for creating payment runs and provide support with payment transactions.
