Responsibilities

Calculate all structural requirements for standardized sites, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather site-specific information and translate it into structural engineering requirements

Develop and maintain a database of structural engineering specifications and standards

Manage and coordinate country-specific requests related to structural engineering

Ensure efficient communication and information transfer between teams and stakeholders

Continuously evaluate and improve structural engineering processes and procedures

Provide technical guidance and support to the project teams as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field

Several years of proven experience in structural engineering, with a focus on site planning and design

Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to structural engineering

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Proficiency in CAD and other relevant software tools

Project management experience is a plus

Fluent in English and German
