Your Role

We’re looking for a Head of Revenue Operations (f / m / d) to take ownership of our commercial operations and help drive our revenue engine. You’ll work at the intersection of Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing, Finance, Tech and Product with a clear mission : to build a scalable, data-driven commercial infrastructure that fuels growth and efficiency at LIQID.

What exactly will you do?

  • Design, implement and continuously improve sales & relationship management processes
  • Own and enhance our Sales-related tool stack, applying also emerging technologies such as AI
  • Lead OKR, KPI and data-driven performance tracking; QA experience would be an add-on
  • Drive operational excellence and change, including automation and system optimization
  • Collaborate deeply across Teams : Marketing, Finance, with regular touch points in Product and Tech
  • Remove blockers and elevate the commercial execution engine
  • Monitor commercial and client activity, such as call shadowing, process bottlenecks, conversion analysis

What you bring

  • 8+ years' experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops or similar roles, ideally in B2C, Wealth / Fintech, or SaaS environments
  • Deep sales funnel and CRM expertise, especially Salesforce, plus familiarity with commercial tool stacks
  • Strong grasp of sales KPIs, funnel metrics, dashboards and process mapping
  • Highly analytical with strong skills in BI tools, Excel / G-Sheets, Lucidchart
  • Operative mindset with cross-functional collaboration experience, who successfully steers change processes
  • Clear communicator with a structured, ownership-driven and pragmatic working style (fluency in German and English)
