Regional Sales Manager

Our client is an an internationally growing company that manufactures and sells diagnostic products for surgical procedures, including fluorescent dye and a fluorescent visualisation camera.
They are on the hunt for a Regional Sales Manager in Northern Germany to develop the company's strategy across Germany and accelerate revenue.
Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales targets and qualitative goals like market share growth.
- Provide clinical and technical support to surgeons and staff in Germany.
- Manage sales in German-speaking regions, including market strategy, acquiring new accounts, and managing the sales process.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Develop and maintain product and clinical knowledge.
- Create training materials for hospital staff and near infrared camera providers.
- Identify and collaborate with key opinion leaders in Germany.
- Provide technical customer support, both remotely and on-site.
- Ensure compliance with operational processes and reporting.
- Collaborate with other teams to maximize sales opportunities.
- Participate in relevant trade shows, conferences, and events.
- Host courses and events and follow up with attendees.
- Perform any other duties necessary for effective sales activities.
Requirements :
- Pharmaceutical qualification required.
- Technical, medical, or business education preferred.
- 3-5 years clinical sales experience in European healthcare.
- Experience with European Channel Partners.
- Proven success in German Healthcare Market sales.
- Direct knowledge of German healthcare systems.
- Experience in surgeon training.
- Familiarity with complex selling processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse sales data and devise sales plans.
- Effective team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand and present clinical data.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver's license.
- Fluency in German and English.
