Senior Technology Manager - Energy Systems (m/f/t)(m/w/d)

TasksPrimary function : Development and execution of advanced technologyprojects leveraging German and European government funding withinternal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with a teamof scientists and engineers specializing in various technologyareas that are part of the Energy Systems Technologies Departmentof Eaton’s Corporate Research Organization.

Strategic guidance andcoaching. Encourage technology realization programs utilizing ourinternal project execution processes.

Facilitate communication andcooperation between Eaton locations in the region and globally.Foster an environment for creativity while promoting the generationof value-added intellectual property.

Working closely with a teamof scientists and engineers specializing in various technologyareas that are part of the Energy Systems Technologies Departmentof Eaton’s Corporate Research Organization.

Further broaderresponsibilities for this role : Developing research proposals andobtaining government funding to advance research in the area ofEnergy Systems as relevant for Eaton, as well as develop andmaintaining relationships with the external technical community.

Support technology roadmaps and strategies as it relates toEuropean region, as well as developing relationships with Eatonstakeholders (engineering, product lines, government programsGuidance, coaching and development of the technical staff.
