COO / Plant Manager (ad interim)

In order expand our network of managers, we are seeking experienced professionals and leaders for our project assignments throughout the DACH region often also in a global context.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization with the primary goal to increase the organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

• Plant / Production Management

• Production / Technology Transfer
• Capacity Extension
• Plant Relocation / Closure

Your Profile :

• Extensive experience (+10 years) as COO, VP Operations, Director Operations, Head of Production / Plant Management or as Program / Project Manager in Pharma, Food, and Chemicals
• Proven track record in overseeing complex operations
• Proficient in Shopfloor Management and KPI Reporting / Business Reviews, with a strong focus on achieving operational excellence
• In-depth knowledge of industry-specific production concepts and best practices
• Skilled in Project Management methodologies, with practical experience in their application
• Technical and industry experience with a high level of service orientation
• Demonstrates reliability, credibility, and a strong commitment to delivering results
• Sound international experience and a readiness to engage directly with clients on-site
• Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Additional German language skills mandatory (business fluent)
