Our client is a global leader within the automotive industry. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to join their team in Germany.
You will have a strong background in sales within the automotive sector.
Your Main Responsibilities :
- Create and put into action efficient sales strategies to meet goals and targets set by the organisation.
- To spur revenue growth, find new markets and business prospects.
- Closely monitor and evaluate sales performance indicators to make sure goals are reached or surpassed.
- Establish and preserve enduring, solid connections with important automotive sector clients.
- Recognise the demands of your clients and offer solutions that are specifically designed to satisfy them.
- Optimise revenue, negotiate contracts and close deals.
- To keep abreast of market developments, competitive activity, and consumer preferences, conduct market research.
- Send senior management regular updates and sales predictions.
- Make decisions and develop sales plans based on data-driven insights.
- To guarantee alignment and provide outstanding customer experiences, collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
Your Qualifications and Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the automotive infotainment or related industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of automotive infotainment products and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
