These tasks are waiting for you :
- Responsibility for product and process development projects
- Carrying out food analyses according to the latest methods and standards
- Develop products and / or applications to fill existing portfolio gaps and train other employees
- Translate customer interests and needs into insights, developments, and solutions across the board in collaboration with marketing and product management
- Development and implementation of customer workshops in-house and at the customer's site
- Product development, troubleshooting and / or application discussions in exchange with customers
- Internal training, for the sales team
- Development and maintenance of knowledge infrastructure, standards, methods, on the topics of food safety,hygiene / GMP, etc.
- Network with colleagues from different regions to share best practices and talent development
- Support and advice to other internal departments
- Leading a team of up to 10 employees
This profile convinces us :
- Successfully completed studies in the field of food technology, ecotrophology or comparable
- Min 10 years of professional experience in the food industry, B2B and B2C desirable
- Several years of experience in leading teams
- Customer-, market- and service-oriented thinking and independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Fluent in German as well as very good written and spoken English skills
- Strong communication skills, reliability and strong quality awareness
- Enjoy working in an international team and respectful cooperation
