Strategic Program Manager Global Industrial Business Operations (m|f|d)

As Strategic Program Manager for our Global Key Accounts you will join the Global Industrial Business Operation (GIBO) team which is part of the Miltenyi Biotec s Global Key Account Organization.

In this central role your main responsibilities will be :

• Drive strategic program management by orchestrating key components of Miltenyi Biotecs most critical industry partnerships in the Cell & Gene Therapy sector enabling our Key Clients on their path toward successful commercialization.
• Establish and lead end-to-end program governance including internal cross-functional project meetings and regular customer check-ins ensuring seamless information flow and full transparency for internal and external stakeholders across all workstreams (e.g. Business Development R&D Production RA / QA).
• Collaborate closely with Global Key Account Management and Business Development on commercial aspects of R&D-driven programs to secure alignment strengthen partnerships and support overall collaboration success.
• Oversee comprehensive program and multi-project planning including budgeting development of work packages timeline oversight and creation of high-quality project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership preparing and presenting reports KPIs and strategic recommendations to C-level management and steering operational committees.
