Then come and join our global team as Head (f / m / d) of SCM for Assembly Products. This role will be reporting to the Head of MP (Mechatronic Products) Kemnath and will provide strategic and operational leadership over MP’s supply chain operations for Assembly Products in Kemnath.
The role oversees the entire Supply Chain Management processes for Assembly Products within an organization of approximately 450 employees.
Choose the best place for your work Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities :
- You lead the development and execution of a comprehensive supply chain strategy for Assembly Products, optimizing the footprint, processes, organizational structure, and technology
- You manage current day-to-day supply chain operations to enable flawless execution in support of the Business Areas / Business Lines demands
- You continuously optimize the supply chain driving financial performance through efficient operations with focus on on-time delivery, quality and productivity
- You foster strong relationships with peers and business stakeholders based on mutual respect, customer / internal partner orientation and business acumen
- You build a strong and diverse talent bench in the MP supply chain organization for Assembly Products, with internal development and strategic external recruiting
- You work closely with the Head of MP and the leadership team to contribute to the growth strategies and operational plans of the business;
and being a strategic and valued voice on the leadership team
- You provide hands-on strategic leadership in supply chain management, including strategic planning and forecasting, cost reduction initiatives, quality improvement, and ensuring resilient supply chain operations
- You ensure implementation of quality management systems / processes in support of manufacturing together MP QT

Your qualifications and experience :
- You have successfully completed a university degree in Engineering, Science, Business Management or comparable; an MBA is preferred
- You have 15+ years of experience in supply chain and manufacturing leadership in medical / x-ray technology with complexity and scale
- You bring over 12 years of experience leading teams and managers in complex supply chain environments, including 4 years as a plant manager or in a comparable role
- You have a proven track record of optimizing manufacturing management practices, reducing costs across the end-to-end supply chain, and driving digitalization and automation initiatives
- You possess solid technological expertise in high-tech production processes, equipment, production planning, and logistics tools, with a deep understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting
- You have a solid expertise in Lean supply chain management methodologies
- You have a proven track record of building and retaining leadership teams, driving engagement across the organization, and managing, developing, and growing a diverse workforce

- You possess excellent communication skills - oral, written, and presentation - in both German and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
- You have valid implementation skills and ensure that innovative solutions and processes are sustainably anchored
- Your passion, positive attitude, ability to learn and analyze, focus on results and quality, ability to work in a team and your strong customer orientation will help you to further drive the development of Healthineers
