We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales to join our dynamic sales team. As a Senior Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients while actively seeking out new sales opportunities.
  • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industries for expansion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set sales goals, strategies, and action plans.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Report on sales performance and provide insights to the sales leadership team.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
