Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for pre-sales technical consulting services for residential photovoltaic (PV) energy storage systems; should be familiar with residential PV systems.
- Responsible for pre-sales technical consulting services for grid-connected PV inverter products; should be familiar with PV inverter products.
- Responsible for post-sales technical support for residential PV energy storage systems; provide rapid response including general remote technical support, business trip services in the responsible region, product repair and upgrade support, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the responsible region.
- Responsible for after-sale technical support for PV inverter products; provide rapid response including general remote technical support, business trip services in the responsible region, product repair and upgrade support, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the responsible region.
- Expand customer relationships and manage customer relations. Regular or irregular visits to key customers to understand their needs and equipment operation, and to record, analyze, and manage the product operation.
Job Requirements :
Background in science and engineering, with a preference for majors in electrical automation, electronic information engineering, or automation;
familiarity with power electronics is a plus.
- Good communication and coordination skills; able to communicate in written English.
- Possess good teamwork spirit, endurance, loyalty, integrity, and strong learning ability.
C&B :
- Monthly Base : Gross 4500-5500 eur / month;
- Variable Bonus : Up to 1.5 times of monthly gross salary per year paid at the end of a fiscal year, depending on the past and expected respective performance of the employee and the Company;
- Additional Company paid leave : 3 days Chinese New Year leaves / year;
