Your role and responsibilities

Content planning and creation for ABB Electrification social media channels in coordination with internal teams and external agencies Managing and moderating our online communities, including interacting with followers, responding to inquiries and encouraging positive dialog Developing and implementing strategies to increase community engagement on various social media platforms Analyzing and reporting on activities to continuously optimize our digital presence by using analytics tools (e.

g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) Deriving measures based on the analysis results to promote customer satisfaction, brand awareness and customer loyalty Collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to implement the derived measures Observation and evaluation of trends in the area of community management and implementation of best practices for the optimization and further development of existing community platforms Creating and maintaining content for the ABB Electrification websites, taking SEO measures into account Support in the planning and implementation of digital campaigns

Qualifications for the role

• Completed studies in marketing, communication, media sciences or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on community management
• Strong communication skills and experience in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Experience in the planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns
• Experience in web content management (ideally knowledge of Site-finity and Adobe Experience Manager)
• Analytical skills and experience in using analysis tools to measure the success of campaigns (such as Google Analytics, keyword analysis tools, etc.)
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs (such as Photoshop or similar) is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
