As a young company based in Hamburg’s beautiful Speicherstadt, we are on a mission to transform the transportation and logistics industry.

We provide our customers with an innovative data platform to measure and reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and are passionate about minimizing the industry's environmental impact and shaping a sustainable future.

Your mission

• You are the primary contact person for a portfolio of clients, which range from SME logistics firms to multinational shippers, in various stages of their customer journey
• You consult clients with profound knowledge about our product and processes and loop in experts whenever needed
• You are proactively in touch with your clients, aware of their needs and able to support them to reach their goals
• You identify cross- and upselling opportunities for your client portfolio
• You work in close collaboration with our management and development team and bring in new ideas for our product
• You will dive deep into customer analytics to continuously improve our service quality based on customer feedback

Your skills

• You are enthusiastic about sustainability , logistics , and the role of data-driven insights to support our clients in decarbonization
• You have practical experience in B2B customer support , ideally in the area of software products
• You are a strong team player and excellent at communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• You are self-organized , think strategically, can explain complex topics on-point , and break down challenges into manageable chunks
• You have excellent language skills in German and English
• And finally , you have a good sense of humor : )
