Your tasks
Independent review of technical documents, e.g. drawings, parts lists, data sheets, etc. according to required quality specifications, e.
g. the EN15085 series of standards, DIN6701, etc.
- Identifying the required quality specifications and entering them responsibly and error-free in SAP
- Ordering clarification from the requisitioners and negative classification of the material master if no required quality specifications could be identified
- Supporting the downstream process (checklist process) by checking and documenting various normative quality specifications, such as classification, manufacturer certificates, initial sample test reports, production interruptions and special customer specifications
- Support with CIP topics to improve quality throughout the entire process
- Use of various SAP transactions and MS365 tools, e.g. Teams, SharePoint
Your profile
- Technical training in the field of rail vehicles or professional experience in this sector desirable
- Activity as QMB
- DB experience and rail vehicle experience
- Knowledge of the relevant standard requirements in the rail vehicle sector
- SAP knowledge as well as knowledge of 7QP, A3, PDCA etc.
- Written and spoken German language skills
- Commitment to quality and a performance and results-oriented way of working
- Flexibility and a "lifelong learning" attitude
- Good communication skills and team spirit
