Team Lead (f / m / x) Online Marketing

Your responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of online marketing specialists
• Develop a comprehensive online marketing strategy together with marketing communication stakeholders across the EMEA region
• Establish effective online marketing activities and monitor success with meaningful KPIs through the development of existing and new tools and channels
• Strengthen the successful and targeted cooperation with our web agency

Your profile

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in successful online marketing (website, social media, newsletters, customer portals, e-commerce, etc.)
• Experience with CMS Typo3 and general technical understanding of website backends and APIs
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing teams and leading projects
• A distinct result-oriented approach with the ability to plan, organize and prioritise multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Highly collaborative with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written in English, enabling effective communication with cross-functional and international teams
