Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Senior Manager - Product Operations (all genders) to join our Vendor Sales & Operations team and help us build & rollout products for acquiring vendors and driving operational efficiency within our sales & account management teams.
You will lead a team that acts as a bidirectional value-adding interface between global product / technology teams and local teams across the globe.
You will collaborate with product and commercial leadership across the organization to drive effective adoption of products and identify new opportunities for incremental business impact

Lead a team of product operations specialists who serve as the primary point of contact for feature requests, operational issues and product development updates.
Define and implement operating structures and processes to drive product adoption across markets effectively.
Develop comprehensive product rollout plans and project-manage implementation across global markets.
Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of teams for product launches and ensure change management
Advise product teams on the feasibility of globalization of product capabilities throughout the product development lifecycle.
Track and analyze core business and product adoption metrics to drive product performance and impact
Identify and address key challenges and improvement opportunities post-launch to drive product improvements.
Qualifications
Qualifications
6+ years of experience working in web and mobile consumer products as a product / tech specialist, preferably in an e-commerce company
A passion for design excellence, usability & consumer appeal in products
A passion for building a great product & being successful with that product in the market
Good understanding of software development processes and related tools ( Jira, Confluence, Miro).
Good analytical skills to size the product opportunities, including SQL / BigQuery or a strong desire to learn.
Highly motivated team player with exceptional stakeholder management skills, very pragmatic and agile in handling and leading topics independently
Comfortable with a dynamic, fast-moving, and entrepreneurial environment being able to have an impact and influence early on
Great communicator with excellent English language skills, able to get ideas across effectively and persuasively across a diverse set of stakeholders and peer
