Senior Tech Product Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
We are looking for a strategic Tech Product Manager to drive our omni-channel ecommerce and retail initiatives. This role is key to shaping the future of KoRo, ensuring alignment across departments, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Help develop the long-term tech product vision for KoRo’s omni-channel ecommerce and retail platforms, translating strategy into feature implementation.
- Collaborate closely with various teams, including revenue and non-revenue generating departments, to align global priorities and ensure smooth execution.
- Be responsible for the product roadmap, helping make key decisions on the why and what of problems to solve, derived product features, improvements, and integrations.
- Drive the product discovery process in close collaboration with other departments.
- Collaborate with software engineering in the delivery process, focusing on delivering value timely and in a predictable fashion.
- Contribute to developing the tech product management practices and the collaboration model between business stakeholders, tech product, and software engineering.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, resolving conflicts, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Help define and monitor key product metrics to measure success and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Apply business and technical foresight and agility by adapting strategy and roadmap based on feedback gathered in frequent, small bet’ tests.
- Continuously improve your product through insights derived from meaningful data acquired.
Your profile
- At least 4 years of experience in product management, with a focus on strategic roles; ecommerce and / or retail experience is a plus.
- Proven track record in laterally leading cross-team initiatives, aligning multiple stakeholders with diverse priorities.
- Experience directly leading and coaching product managers.
- You live in Berlin / the surrounding area or you are willing to relocate
- F luent English communication skills, with basic knowledge of German preferred but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of omni-channel retail and ecommerce platforms, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong expertise in utilising qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and drive decisions.
- Ability to write technical requirements (i.e., Epics and User Stories), develop business models, and define operational requirements and processes.
- Close attention to detail and the ability to clearly communicate and advocate for ideas to others.
- Analytical mindset, strong thought leadership, and great stakeholder management skills.
- Focus on business outcomes rather than output or input.
