Sales Operations Specialist
Our client is an innovative company in the electronics industry, focusing on the development and manufacturing of industrial network solutions.
This internationally growing company is pursuing a strong growth trajectory despite the current challenging situation in its segment.
As part of its expansion, we are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Specialist (m / f / d) to join as soon as possible, with a focus on developing and expanding sales.
Responsibilities :
- Preparing quotes for distributors and direct customers in coordination with the sales team
- Responding to inquiries from customers and the sales team
- Finding solutions to customer inquiries
- Monitoring customer payments
- Reporting, managing, and maintaining relevant project and customer data in CRM (Salesforce.com)
- Timely preparation and distribution of reports, forecasts, and revenue information
- General support of the sales team through advice and information
- Participating in cross-functional projects as needed
Profile :
- Commercial training
- Professional experience in order processing, sales, sales operations, customer operations, or similar positions
- Language skills : Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; additional languages, especially German or Spanish, are an advantage

Salary Information :
