An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Development Manager to join the team and manage specific accounts within the B2B manufacturing channel, focussing on protein alternatives & meatless concepts.
Please note, all applicants will require a minimum of 5 - 10 years selling functional ingredients such as Pea, Soy & Fava proteins, starches or sweeteners, stabilisers, emulsifiers etc.
80,000 - 90,000 euros + car or allow + bonus + benefits

Für einen Kundenentwicklungsmanager hat sich eine spannende Gelegenheit ergeben, dem Team beizutreten und bestimmte Kunden im B2B-Produktionskanal zu verwalten, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf Proteinalternativen und fleischlosen Konzepten liegt.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass alle Bewerber mindestens 5 bis 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Verkauf funktioneller Inhaltsstoffe wie Erbsen-, Soja- und Fava-Proteine, Stärken oder Süßstoffe, Stabilisatoren, Emulgatoren usw. benötigen.
Key Accountabilities :
1. Sell, cross sell, and upsell products and services on site and remote to existing and new customers in order to build relationships and retain existing customers whilst converting prospects into new accounts.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and act as trusted advisor in order to guarantee sustainable and profitable relationships, trust, and retention of accounts.
3. Develop and maintain knowledge and expertise about the product portfolio, value proposition, market dynamics, and customer segments.
4. Prepare contracts, lead and / or support negotiations with customers, define deal / transaction terms, and monitor the terms of the contracts in order to ensure successful negotiations and contracts are in line with commercial objectives.
5. Provide support to marketing related activities (event support, campaigns, etc.) in line with guidelines and planning in order to contribute to the efficient and effective execution of marketing activities.
7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities such as new markets, clients, and partnerships in order to secure new business opportunities and ensure an increase in revenue and market share.
8. Prepare and provide periodic steering reports for the organization, in order to provide the management team with insights to take adequate decisions.
