For our client in Germany-Berlin , we are recruiting a  Stock Contributor Relation Support&Account Manager .

Location : Berlin

Work model : hybrid (1-2 days / week onsite)

Mandatory language :  English

Contract term : 18 months

Duties :

• Support the company's Stock Contributors via Email, Ticket and Chat with technical and aesthetic questions and in all matters concerning the company's Stock contributor portal;
• Be available as Point of Contact in community forums and interact with the community;
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify process and feature improvements;
• Tasks related to the company's Stock contributor support can be assigned;
• Act as Point of Contact for a selected List of the company's Stock Artists and set them up for success.
