YOUR ROLE
Lead a team to drive global cross business innovation programs for Henkel Adhesive Technologies
Identify key strategic priorities in innovation and drive the decision-making process
Shape and drive the sustainability and digitalization & automation agenda in innovation
Define project plans and steer them in alignment with strategic goals
Consult the innovation leadership
Challenge the status quo and come up with new, innovative ways to make an impact
YOUR SKILLS
Master’s degree in business administration, strategy or technical professions
Minimum 7 years of relevant work experiences
Proven track record in a consultancy firm or inhouse consultancy is a must
Excellent strategic thinking, storytelling and analytical skills
Proven experience in leading transformational projects
Leadership mentality with desire to challenge the status quo
Passion to work in diverse teams and collaborate across boundaries
Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities
Proficient oral and written communication in English language
