Key Responsibilities :
- Develop Advanced LLM Chat Agents : Design and build intelligent chat agents that leverage LLMs to provide automated and personalized customer support at scale.
- Own the LLM Pipeline : Take full control of the pipeline for deploying and optimizing LLMs, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.
- Fine-Tune Open-Source LLMs : Customize and fine-tune existing open-source LLMs to meet specific client needs, enhancing their capabilities and accuracy.
- Deploy and Monitor LLMs : Implement and manage the deployment of LLMs, ensuring they are effectively serving client requirements and continuously improving over time.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Extensive Machine Learning Expertise : 5+ years of experience in ML engineering, with a deep understanding of the principles and practices that drive successful ML projects.
- Python Mastery : Proven ability to code efficiently and effectively in Python, with a focus on developing scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Experience with Langchain and Llama Index : Hands-on experience working with tools like Langchain or Llama Index, crucial for developing and managing LLM applications.
- Prompt Engineering Proficiency : Strong experience in prompt engineering, with a focus on maximizing the effectiveness of LLM outputs.
- Transformers and LLM Landscape Knowledge : At least 2 years of experience in working within the transformers architecture and broader LLM ecosystem, with a solid understanding of NLP concepts.
- Bonus - Computer Vision Experience : Experience in Computer Vision is a major plus, adding value to the development of integrated AI solutions.
