Your Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance Finance Law Management company

• You will establish and review policies, ensuring their effectiveness within the firm.
• You will oversee internal controls including monitoring Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• You will draft detailed reports for the board.
• You may review and update AML policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Part of your daily tasks will include monitoring legal developments to stay informed of any changes.

Profile and Career Path Regulatory Compliance Finance Law Management company

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Compliance Officer within a similar environment in Luxembourg (PFS, fiduciary, AIFM), which will help you feel more comfortable in your new position.
• To align with the multicultural environment you may join, you are fluent in English .
• Being organized and proactive is essential for your efficiency within the company.
• To effectively understand your tasks, you are familiar with investment funds .
