JOB TITLE : Medical Admin LOCATION : LANDSTUHL Regional Medical Center, Germany DUTIES : Provides customer support functions to include providing audiology hearing conservation counseling assistance, educational assistance to U.
S. Army personnel, Assists in Healthcare Finder functions including healthcare network accuracy, medical specialty determination, and referral processing.
Conducts an end-of-processing Quality Control program assuring accurate Medical Service information necessary for accessing the Military Healthcare System services, Perform quality assurance of medical information associated with the Assessment Review Provides medical service coordination and education of technical issues associated with the Defense Occupational and Environmental Health Readiness System Hearing Conservation QUALIFICATIONS : Associate Degree from a recognized university or equivalent degree.
Three years of cumulative overall experience in the following areas : Three year-experience with U.S. Military Healthcare delivery system and benefits or civilian managed care medical / administrative environment.
Three years of working experience in a medical office or clinical environment. Two year-experience with the Composite Health Care System (CHCS) and the U.
