Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to help us scale our infrastructure and streamline our deployment processes as a vital part of our product teams.

As the ideal candidate brings a track-record experience delivering and operating SaaS applications on public cloud platforms using container orchestration, infrastructure as code, package management for Kubernetes, and continuous deployment tools using modern DevOps practices particularly in the context of delivering a robust and scalable B2B SaaS ERP product.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable CI / CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Work in close collaboration with the platform engineering team to align infrastructure and platform strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product / infrastructure related issues in cross-functional relationship with the product development team.
• Ensure security and compliance across all operations and environments.
• Spearhead the implementation of GitOps practices to manage application deployments.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts for Kubernetes application deployments.
• Document and communicate technical processes and decisions effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a track record of successfully completed projects.
• Strong expertise in public cloud environments, preferably Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Proficiency with CI / CD tools, ideally Azure DevOps Pipelines or GitHub actions.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform or Crossplane.
• Solid understanding of GitOps principles and experience with ArgoCD.
• Experience with Helm for Kubernetes package management.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Proven experience using observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to ensure system reliability, performance, and proactive issue resolution.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
